NELG members can communicate easily with other members via our email group. This is a good way to obtain information, get support and share ideas. The system is very simple in that you send an email to the group and is forwarded to everyone on the list.
You may have signed up to this when you joined the group. If not, you can still join later by doing the following:
1- login (top left hand corner)
2-click Update (top left hand corner)
3- in your profile change your record to indicate that you want to subscribe to the email group
3-click on update at the bottom of this page
4- you will receive an email from the site checking your email address is valid. Reply to this as instructed and you will be signed up.
All members are expected to use the email group in a professional manner.

Rules of Conduct
The purpose of our email group is to improve communication between NELG members on issues of professional relevance and of social interest. We would therefore be grateful if you could follow the following rules.
Appropriate Language: Please be polite and avoid personal attacks, slurs, and profanity
Relevance to Topics: Please make sure that your email is of interest to the wide recipient list, and the subject line of the email. If changing the subject, please change the subject title.
Advertising/Solicitation: Please do not post advertisements.
Confidentiality: Please keep in mind that the email group is being used by a large number of sessional doctors in the North East, so don't post any confidential data either personal or relating to a third party such as patients or practices.
